Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand if you need to make a return or exchange. We accept returns on new, unworn, unused items in their original condition (including original Lake shoe box and its contents) within 30 days of the delivery date. Any product that has been ridden in, worn outside, had pedal cleats mounted, or has been heat molded, will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange. Limit one free exchange per order, after this shipping charges will be incurred.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for all returns and exchanges. Extra charges are common when using national postal companies. Lake Cycling is not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

Returns must be shipped in proper packaging, such as a box, bag or paper to protect the shoe box/items. 

For returns from non-EU countries like Norway and Switzerland, please be sure to follow the notes for CN22/CN23 labels provided below to avoid high extra costs.

Return for refund:

We'll let you know when we process the return and issue your refund, usually within about 3 business days of when it arrives at our warehouse.

Return for exchange:

If you wish to make an exchange you have two options:

1. Request an exchange and we'll ship the new pair after we receive the return. Please check: the system only allows an exchange for the same model, but different size, width or color.

2. Request a refund and place a new order as soon as you'd like for quicker delivery
