It’s that time of year – yes summer is officially over for most of the world. As I write this, I’m at home, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, looking at the dark skies and watching the rain fall incessantly. Autumn is here, which means it’s going to get colder and it’s most certainly going to get wetter. You can of course wear cycling overshoes, but they’re not always so user friendly on a commute to work, and it may simply be that you want to look reasonably normal on your cycle to work.
